Returns & Exchanges

At Fanka, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your high-performance gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. All returned apparel must be in its original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your Fanka gear in its original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
